Successful community management starts with the essentials! This comprehensive community association management course provides a practical overview for new managers, an essential review for veteran managers and an advanced course for board members. There are two levels of exhibition offered at the event:
- 6' table space, no pipe and drape, location in foyer (Cost: $750)
- 10x10 booth space, pipe and draped, location in ballroom (Cost: $1150)

This course provides an in-depth understanding of the unique management needs of a high-rise building. You’ll experience hands-on learning through on-site building visits and walkthroughs of a central plant, roof and recreational facilities.
