Registration Policies

CAI Program Registration Policies


Pre-payment required: all registration fees must be received in advance of the event. If you register and do not pay prior to the program, CAI-RMC cannot guarantee your reservation. Onsite registrations will only be accepted if the facility and CAI-RMC can accommodate additional attendees.


If you register and have not paid at least 4 days in advance of the program and have not given notice of cancellation, you will still be responsible for payment whether you attend or not.


If you cancel: Registration fees for cancellations received 4 working days or more prior to a program can be refunded, less a $5.00 processing fee.  No refunds will be issued for cancellations received 3 or fewer business days prior to a program.  Regardless of whether you have pre-paid, if you register online, send in a registration form or register via phone call, you will be responsible for the event registration fee if you do not attend and do not cancel in advance. In lieu of a refund, full payment less the $5.00 processing fee can be transferred to future programs regardless of when the cancellation was made.


If we cancel: Occasionally CAI-RMC may have to cancel or reschedule programs due to low enrollment or other circumstances beyond our control.   If the association must cancel or postpone a program, registrants are offered the option of receiving a full refund or maintaining payment on credit to be applied to the rescheduled program or to another program of your choice.
