The Rocky Mountain Chapter's mission of Community Association Education is predominately carried out with a schedule of events each year prepared by multiple committees.  We have an intriguing variety of programs as follows that fulfill this mission.

Spring Showcase and Trade Show

The CAI-RMC Spring Showcase and Trade Show is held annually and provides a full day of education for volunteers and professional managers of community associations. There are multiple educational offerings that are divided into four tracks: Entry Level, Advanced, Legal/Legislative and Professional Development.

The Spring Showcase features a trade show filled with over 150 firms, showcasing their products and services that are tailored to community associations! Network with 400+ community association professionals and volunteer leaders!

Fall Conference and Annual Meeting

This is a half-day conference and trade show held in metro Denver in early November.  Multiple educational offerings and a trade show for vendors to network.  This conference starts with CAI-RMC’s Annual Meeting in which the board members for the following year are officially announced after the election process.

Mountain Conference and Trade Show

Our Mountain Conference is focused on the Colorado mountain community associations and their unique challenges with second home properties, winter weather and other issues.  The conference is held in early October each year and commands four hours of educational sessions and a trade show of more than 45 exhibitors.
